Where there are no dealerships, RMA containerized mobile field service capability includes mobile, pre-fabricated service garage units that can be prepared and ready to ship and assembled on-site within just a few days.

RMA mobile service facilities provide for a variety of maintenance and repair operations in the world’s most remote locations. The mobile unit is completely modular and scalable and consists of these core features:

• Fully functional office area

RMA is proud of it’s reputation of getting highly trained technical teams on the ground complete with OEM standard mobile facilities in the length of time it takes to ship or fly the containerized units into location.

Fully configured, the unit can have a fully racked parts storage unit and is shipped with the estimated volume of parts required to support the mission for up to 3 months of operation.

The workshop area is fully lit, piped for compressed air, hot & cold water, and equipped with all of the necessary hand tools and equipment to support any number of required technicians. The plant room has power generators, air compressors, water tanks & pumps to support the team on the ground. The unit’s clean room is complete with work benches and stocked with all of the required OEM special tools & diagnostic equipment.

There can be an area dedicated to receive operation staff and in which to book repairs. A separate administration office unit can include up to four administration staff, and one manager. All of the units are equipped with air conditioning.

These units have been deployed to many parts of the world and can be delivered and erected on a level piece of land. They can come fully managed with parts specialists, a trained technical team, including a master technician, administration staff, and unit manager.

RMA can offer this solution on a rental agreement and can be deployed anywhere.
