RMA Laos Held Job Fair

Vientiane, September 4th, 2022 – RMA Lao, in partnership with the Department of Employment of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare Lao organized a successful job fair at the International Cooperation and Training Center in Vientiane, Laos.

The event was attended by over 350 visitors who could find out more about career opportunities within RMA Lao and its various business units.

Juliephone Vinavong – General Manager HR & ADM RMA Laos and Souliya Khamvongsa – Deputy Director of the Department of Employment of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare opened the event.

In attendance were also Wayne McIntosh – RMA Lao Managing Director Automotive, Biju Narayanan – General Manager JLR Lao, Sayoompone Sonthisiri (Paula) General Manager EFG Lao and Catarina Damasceno – Operations Manager AVIS Budget supported the HR teams and interacted with the throngs of interested job seekers.

Two interactive business panel discussions were held on the topic of Positions Availability in the Business and How Candidates can Develop their Careers at RMA Lao.

In the panel list were Moises Perdiguerra Jr – Project Coordinator Comin Laos, Sanya Bounpheng Anouhak – Service Manager Lao Ford City, Souksavanh Siphandone – Level 3 Technician, Somboun Silisombath – Workshop Controller.
