Ford Technician Skill Competition 2023

Jakarta, November 20th, 2023 – RMA Indonesia, Ford Authorized Distributor in Indonesia, held the Ford Technician Skill Competition 2023. Embracing the tagline: “Deliver World Class Customer Experience”, the competition provides a platform for technicians across Ford’s official dealer network in Indonesia to demonstrate their capabilities and expertise. This event stands out as a significant milestone in RMA Indonesia’s commitment to enhancing the quality of technician resources and strengthening the company’s dedication to providing the best services for Ford customers.

The selection process was carried out in stages with rigorous screening. Initially, 55 technicians were shortlisted, who were then narrowed down to 19 technicians in the second stage. Ultimately, the top 4 technicians were selected to join the final stage. The pinnacle of this competition was successfully held
at the Ford Saluyu Gatsu Motor Dealer in Bandung on Sunday, November 19th, 2023.

2nd Place : Rukma Gustiana – Ford Saluyu Gatsu Motor Bandung
