The Pizza Company Cambodia Awards Its Best Branches

December 6th, 2018 Prek Leap – The Pizza Company Cambodia organized its 8th Excellence Award at the Prek Leap branch on December 6th, with 270 employees participating in the event. The event was held to recognize employees for their passion in the workplace while meeting and exceeding TPC’s operation standards.

Participants went through multiple rounds of fierce competition and were judged on their ability to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while ensuring their branch operates following The Pizza Company’s standards.

Critical steps of an exemplary food delivery process were assessed, including dough and appetizer checking, pasta cooking, and of course, pizza making.

“Each year, staff from The Pizza Company branches all across Cambodia gather to show our judges how they deliver the best customer experience while fostering a positive work environment. We would like to congratulate all the winners for their exemplary efforts, and proudly recognize all staff for their amazing work. We would not be able to deliver the service level our customers expect without our outstanding employees,” said Ngorn Saing, CEO, RMA Cambodia.

The panel of food industry experts from EFG and RMA selected the final winners:

  • TPC TK Avenue was named Champion of the 8th Excellence Award 2018
  • TPC Steung Meanchey won Best Dough Maker 2018
  • TPC Boeung Snor won Best Service 2018
  • TPC Attwood won Best Pizza Making 2018
  • TPC Prek Leap won Best Delivery 2018
