Phnom Penh, May 16th, 2022 – As part of its Dolphin Program, EFG Cambodia welcomed back all its office and store employees with a gift of a specially branded backpack. After spending nearly two years working remotely and under tough economic conditions it’s a small token of appreciation to see everyone back at their workplace and forming once more a close knit work community.
EFG gave away no less than 1200 backpacks to its extended family of employees in Cambodia. œWe decided to choose backpacks printed with the Dolphin Program logo and signature tagline œHappy Employees, Happy Customers because we believe that it would bring a sense of team spirit as #OneEFG. Aside from that everyone needs a backpack to keep their belongings handy, said Leapphea Chao, EFG’s Dolphin program manager.
The Dolphin Program is EFG’s employee engagement program which takes care of employee’s welfare and wellbeing through training programs, employee events and workshops.
Mr. Tep Virak, General Manager of EFG Cambodia commented, œIt has been two years since we have last held an annual gathering due to the COVID-19 interruption. We hope to finally make it happen again next year. In the meantime, EFG management through the Dolphin Program decided to give each of employee this limited edition backpack as a token of gratitude for their hard work and perseverance.
