March 19th 2018, Yogyakarta – RMA Indonesia hosted its second Ford Service Partner gathering, themed œRe-Awaken , on March 13th – 15th in Yogyakarta with the aim of strengthening dealers’ services and offerings to expand Ford’s business in the country.
14 dealers attended representing all 34 Authorized Ford Service and Genuine Parts outlets in Indonesia. Following the success of last year’s gathering, this year’s theme was to focus on retaining loyal Ford customers through superior sales and aftersales services. The event emphasized on maintaining and growing Ford’s strong brand image and business operations throughout Indonesia.
The gathering began with RMA Indonesia presenting the launch of the Sales Marketing Program and Service Operations Program built to support Indonesia’s network of Ford dealers. The day continued with sightseeing at the famous Tebing Breksi followed by a team lunch at Jiwangga restaurant. RMA Indonesia later organized the Dealer of the Year Award Night, showing its appreciation for all dealers. The night ended with awards being given to dealers who provided the best service achieving 2017 targets.
First place awards were given to the following dealers: Auto Kencana Medan for Best Dealer, Arista Group Surabaya for Best Parts Sales Dealer, Auto Kencana Medan for Best Service Operation Dealer and SC Sports Car Palembang for Best Newcomer Dealer.
RMA concluded the event with a speech showing gratitude to all dealers for their participation and full commitment to making customer satisfaction and reaching 2017 target goals a top priority.
