RMA Indonesia Keeps Aftersales Services Top of Mind
June 7th, 2019 Indonesia – RMA Indonesia rolled out Program Lebaran Siaga 2019 from May 30th – June 7th at 4 Posko Siaga, continuing the successful aftersales activity program that drew in and delighted customers the year prior.
Standby service points were located around the city at the Cisarua-Puncak area, the Cipali KM102 rest area, Merak and Nagreg. Technicians at each checkpoint provided service checking, maintenance and repair assistance following stringent Ford aftersales service procedures. Maintenance checking, not including spare parts replacement, repairs and oil changes, is free of charge for all customers.
The program was held during the Idul Fitri holidays, when many cars were on the road as Indonesians traveled to their hometowns to celebrate with family. Having service checkpoints scattered throughout the city gave customers peace of mind as they headed home for the holidays.
64 cars were serviced during the program period, which marks a significant increase from last year.
