November 30th, 2018 Yangon – RMA Myanmar made waves at the Myanmar Employer Awards 2018, taking home the Bronze prize for ‘Most Effective Recruitment Strategy for Talent’ and earning a top five finalist spot for ‘Best Use of Internal Marketing for Company Pride’.
The Myanmar Employer Awards is held annually by JobNet, the country’s leading career website. Achieving a finalist spot highlights exemplary HR performance required for the category each company entered in. This year, competition was fiercer than ever, with just five finalist identified in each category out of 260 entries in total.
Following three rounds of judging by 24 international and local human resource industry experts, finalists were revealed on October 27th and top placements were announced at a celebratory MEA gala dinner on November 30th, 2018 at the Novotel Yangon Max.
RMA Myanmar stood out as a top employer, surpassing Unilever, Ooredoo and other global companies to achieve a Bronze prize in the recruitment strategy category. On top of that, the panel recognized RMA Myanmar’s efforts to drive a rewarding work environment, placing it as a top five finalist against some of the largest organizations including Telenor, Unilever Myanmar Group and DKSH Myanmar.
