September 21st 2017, Vientiane – Swensen’s and The Pizza Company of EFG Laos was awarded the highest score for Quality Service and Cleanliness in Southeast Asia for the fourth consecutive year. The prestigious award was presented at the International Franchise Conference hosted by Minor Food Group in Pattaya, Thailand.

Managed by EFG, a subsidiary of RMA Group, Swensen’s has been operating three outlets in Laos since 2010, bring the popular American ice cream parlour to the country. Swensen’s Laos employs 50 staff. The Pizza Company has been operating five outlets throughout Laos since 2010, employing 250 staff, with further plans of opening two new outlets within 2018.
