December 16th, 2018 Laos – RMA Laos continued its multi-solution approach to attracting top talent and participated in the Laos Job Fair 2018 at Thongkhankham Mall from December 14th – 16th.
As one of Laos’ biggest job fairs, the event acts as a bridge between employers and job seekers, giving attendees the opportunity to meet with HR representatives from various companies. It’s also a platform for HR professionals to understand and share insights on the labor market. This year, 77 companies joined the job fair.
RMA Laos’ booth attracted crowds of interested candidates ranging from fresh graduates to seasoned professionals. Visitors had the chance to learn more RMA Laos’ business operations directly from the HR team. The team received over 500 applications from interested job hunters, while hundreds of others were attracted to the company’s social media activities.

The event was a learning opportunity, with government bodies and organizations presenting the latest labor laws and labor market insights. There was also an informative panel discussion covering human resources, labor recruitment, capacity development and technical skills.
